Owners and pizza lovers Mr. Harinder Pal Singh and Charan Sihota opened Rocky's Pizza Arcade in the spring of 1993, with a vision of creating Delano's best pizza. Both Harinder and Charan saw the opportunity to open another Rocky's in Historic East Bakersfield near Hill Crest Shopping Center.  The two men wanted to build a better pizza and fun center for families to gather and enjoy a Great Pizza in a friendly eatery. Come enjoy a pitcher of beer, settle in to watch our big screen tv.
